“In Her Own Words.”

“I have always believed each person has a “calling” and the past few years I have searched long and hard to figure out what mine is. I always knew i wanted to be in the medical field but the thought of being an EMT lit this fire inside me. I knew this was the path for me – joining VBEMS is one of the greatest decisions I have made and I cherish all of the friendships I have made along the way. Love my ems family, see you guys at station 16.” 💕💕 Taylor Sacco

Taylor selected the Plaza Volunteer Rescue Squad, “Rescue 16” as her “home” station assignment.

You, too, can volunteer with the Rescue Squads of VA Beach. All training is free and offered as a combination of online instructions and evening workshops. Virginia Beach residency is not required.
