VA Fire-EMS Recruitment-Retention Network February Meeting Scheduled To Be Held In VA Beach

Posted by & filed under Local and Regional Events.

We have got a GREAT meeting scheduled for February 24th Noon – 2:30.

We are hosting our 6th Annual Chief’s Panel Discussion at the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad ocean front facility, Station 14 located at 740 Va. Beach Blvd across from the VA Beach Convention Center and next door to Virginia Beach Fire Station 11.

We have Fire and EMS Leaders from throughout Virginia to share their thoughts on how we can Promote Effective Leadership.

We routinely hold our February meeting over the time and similar location as the annual Virginia Fire Chief’s Conference but you don’t need to be a registered participant at the conference to attend our meeting.

We work with VA Fire Chiefs to promote their conference and they promote and support our meeting.

To find out more about the VA Fire Chief’s conference please click here on VFCA.

VA R&R network doesn’t charge a fee for attending the meetings or to participate and lunch is free but we ask that you register so the host station can properly prepare lunch and seating.

Please email me, Karen.mcquaid@loudoun.gov by February 17th to register for the training.

Please circulate the flyer listed below.   We welcome you to bring a colleague and while here enjoy the beach for the weekend.
